Valheima, which has attracted players with its different style since its debut, can add new levels of difficulty. Iron Gate Studios, the game’s producer, answered questions from fans of the series, signaling that different levels of difficulty would be added to the game, if not immediately. Valheim’s new add-on package, Mistlands,is also unlikely to be released in 2021.
New levels of difficulty will be added to Valheima over time
With the new Valheim add-on pack Mistlands, new enemies and armor types will be added to the game. Iron Gate Studios has released this little foreword to Mistlands:
“As the view of the game took shape, the mist began to enter, but it is not yet known what is hidden behind the mist…”
Iron Gate Studios gave an interesting answer to the question of whether to add shovels to the game:
” Sorry, we discussed among ourselves whether to add shovels to the game and gave up because we decided that such a decision would make the game feel too “multiplayer”. This decision could also make it difficult to balance the boat system within the game.”
Survival-themed Valheim is also a game that fuels players’ creativity. One of the most interesting examples of this was a player who built Hogwarts in Valheim.
