Sony has finally announced its long-talked-about new Playstation Plus subscription system. A detailed description of these new membership packages, where we can also play games from old Playstation consoles, has also been signed. By June, it was announced that a brand new system would be introduced, which will also affect existing Playstation Plus and Playstation Now subscriptions. Sony will offer users three different options in its Playstation Plus subscription system.

- It offers cloud access for original PlayStation, PS2, PSP, and PS4 games available in the Extra and Premium tiers in the markets where PlayStation Now is available. Customers can play games using the PS4 and PS5 consoles and PC.
- Time-limited game trials will also be available so customers can try certain games before purchasing.
