Next month’s going to be a busy month for the cinema. The Marvel Cinematic Universe’s most intriguing post-Endgame film, Spider-Man: No Way Home; will return after a long hiatus, and the Matrix will be released in December. Neo and Trinity’s comeback has divided the public, with Matrix Resurrections saying the next generation of Morpheus. While some say what was needed for this film, he is looking forward to the new film due to some sense of nostalgia. Amid this confusion of emotion, a new poster from the film has also been unveiled.
The poster, featuring Neo, played by Keanu Reeves, features the iconic trio alongside Trinity and Morpheus. The poster, titled “Back to the source,” bears similarities to the original poster for the first Matrix film, released in 1999. The Matrix Resurrections will be released on December 24 and will also be available on HBO Max. The film will be released a month after its release date and will be re-added in 2022. Along with Matrix 4, the Warner Brothers’ deal to show their vision films through HBO Max will also expire.
