On April 27, 2022, we had our first look at the production in our Dune Spice Wars review . Today, the roadmap of our game, which is followed by strategy lovers, was published. Dune, which has been in early access for close to a month, will first launch the multiplayer mode according to the project plan that the company has created by following feedback from players. Then, a 5th side, which no one knows, will join the battle. We’ll see both of that this summer.
New troops hit the road in Dune Spice Wars
On a date to be announced later, spaceports, spaceships and advanced units will join the game. As those who have played early access know, the units that the parties had were very limited and did not offer great depth in terms of warfare. With these new additions, new tactical options will also be added to the battle.
If you remember in the old Dune games (Dune 2 – Dune 2000 – Emperor: Battle for Dune), there were special units belonging to each warring side. These, although not included in the book or in the main story, brought variety to the games.
Dune’s kahrams will also be added to the game at a later date and will be available as powerful playable units. If they add the characters in the novels to the game, it is possible to see characters such as Duncan Idaho and Gurney Halleck in the game.
