Mod maker ‘Zhalroth’ has released a mode for skyrim Special Edition that improves the visual appearance of each NPC.
According to Zhalroth, this mode overhauls more than 3000 NPCs, both male and female (excluding children). That includes all expansion packs, bandits, and more. Thanks to this mode, NPCs now have a higher view quality.
