The studio’s official Twitter account announced the start of hiring for a new play. This new game will be a direct sequel to Subnautica, released in 2018. It was also underlined that the project would be larger than Subnautica: Below Zero.
The descriptions of the job applications mention a familiar planet. We’ll return to Planet 4546B, where the first two Subnautica games are set, and discover the existence of an entirely new biome. Unfortunately, the details of the aforementioned biome have not been released yet.
Of course, this new Subnautica game isn’t the only project unknown worlds has. As you know, the studio was acquired by Krafton, who also owns PUBG. In the meantime, the developer has announced that it will work on a survival game set in the PUBG universe.
