A new short teaser for Lord of the Rings Gollum
Lord of the Rings announced yesterday that the gameplay would be shown for Gollum. Today, they came up with a new video that will excite us all. While what Daedalic Entertainmentoffers is undoubtedly a very short game introduction, gamers who dominate the series can capture many details from this short video.
The trailer seems to say that the vast majority of the game will be privacy-based. You can also see some of the internal conflicts that Gollum has been talking about before. Again, another thing that catches our attention in the game seems to be quite a lot of climbing sections. This may indicate that platform elements will be heavily weighted along with privacy.
In addition to gameplay, the trailer shows a lot of scenery. Along with Mordor’s iconic setting, images of the Goblin mines where Gollum lived underground also appeared. We say it’s better than nothing, even if it’s not a very revealing gameplay video. However, the familiar details of the game were not even included.
Lord of the Rings Gollum is a nonlinear, privacy-themed game. Again, it will come up with nonlinear level designs. We could have allied NPCs, we could have enemies. However, none of this was shown in the new video. Naturally, eyes turn to Daedalic Entertainment. We hope they have more to share in the coming months and we will have tangible information about the game.
At the same time, let’s remember, we have a new release date for the game. The game, which was originally scheduled for release later this year, was postponed until 2022. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/Series S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. You can reach the Steam store page by clicking here.
