Activision Blizzard will postpone next year’s Call of Duty game until 2024, according to a new Bloomberg report. The Call of Duty series, which has a new game released every year, will reportedly experience many delays in the coming period. It was recently reported that no new Call of Duty games will be release every year.
Activision is developing other games to fill the void in 2023. In this context, it plans to offer a regular stream of content for Call of Duty, which will debut in 2022.
Call of Duty, which is reportedly to be postponed until 2024, is being developed by Treyarch. Activision told Bloomberg in a statement: “This year, we will be offering players the exciting premium and free-to-play Call of Duty experience for next year and beyond. We look forward to sharing more details when the time is right.”
Call of Duty: Vanguard, on the other hand, was a production that fell short of expectations.
