Nexters spent about $100 million to buy three mobile studios: Cubic Games, RJ Games and Royal Ark.
Cubic Games is known as the publisher of Pixel Gun 3D, a mobile first-person shooter. RJ Games is puzzle breakers’ publishing studio, while Royal Ark is the developer of mobile survival RPGs Dawn of Zombies and Shelter Wars.
As part of the deal, Nexters will also buy Cubic Games’ parent company, Lightmap.
All transactions are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
