Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection was one of the most unsuccessful PC ports I’ve seen lately. Obviously Koei Tecmo didn’t make the slightest effort when he was porting the game to pc; I mentioned some of these problems in my review. Shortcomings such as the lack of the option to change resolution in the game, the fact that each time the game opened in the window and you had to enlarge it as if it were a normal Windows window, it was even difficult to leave the game (forget about alt-F4 if you say you will) seriously spoiled the enjoyment of the game.
In Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection, if you want to change resolution, you need to enter the game’s Steam settings and use Launch commands.
It’s been over a month since this game came to PC; It’s really impossible to understand why they couldn’t or didn’t do it in the first place. However, this was one of the biggest reasons that affected the review scores of the game, they could easily have prevented it.
In addition to resolution, V-Sync, Triple Buffering, Anti-Aliasing, Depth of Field and Display Shadows are also added to the main menus of all three games.
I’m going to say late or not, they’ve cooled it off.
