Nintendo Switch owners have continued to report issues and bugs that have prevented them from downloading games and updates from the Nintendo eShop since the release of system software update 12.0.3 last week.
Affected users who try to download games and updates face error code 2123-1502. When users try to download the game, they are greeted by a flashing ‘x’ sign. You can try downloading again to overcome this problem. However, there is a good chance that this will fail.
Nintendo did not officially acknowledge the problem, but they published a troubleshooting page for this particular error code, which included trying to download again, restarting the console, changing DNS on your internet connection, and several other basic steps.
