Hideo Kojima has been stalling with little scraps of information over the years and finally brought us together with Death Stranding in November 2019. Then came the PC version of the game. It wasn’t enough, and now comes Director’s Cut. Kojima doesn’t seem to be content with that either.
Norman Reedus; In an interview with Brazil’s Vitoria Pratini, he said, “I think we will make a second Death Stranding game. At the moment, negotiations regarding the game are ongoing,” IGN Brasil quoted him as saying.
Reedus; Last year, hideo said he and Kojima were in talks for a new game. “We did Death Stranding, we’re talking about doing other things,” he said in a Q&A with Wired, then added that “maybe there’s something about Death Stranding.” But here, death may have meant Stranding Director’s Cut, which had not yet been announced. But this time, his statement appears to refer to a second game.
As he says, let’s see if the Death Stranding 2 announcement comes. We’re looking forward to it, we’re keeping a close eye on it.
