Knockout City, an online dodgeball game that debuted on May 21, has reached five million players. In these days when we can’t step outside because of the pandemic, it seems like moving everything into the virtual realm has worked.
EA, the game’s distributor, announced on knockout city’s official website that it thanked all the players. So far, thousands of teams have been formed, more than half a billion Knockouts have been made, and the game has been watched for millions of hours.
Behind this success of the game is both good reviews and being active on many platforms. Knockout City; Nintendo Switch is available for purchase on Playstation 5 and Xbox One. PC players can play for free on Xbox Game Pass if they want, or by purchasing Steam or Epic Games Store games.
