1047 Games has launched the open beta phase for Splitgate, an F2P sci-fi themed multiplayer shooter. To celebrate this launch, the team also released a new game trailer, which you can find below.
The beta includes a sneak peek at one of the new maps, which will be released on July 27, a limited-time beta battle pass with 10 free items that can only be earned during beta, a new game mode called Showdown, and more.
Splitgate is a free-to-play, fast-paced, multiplayer shooter with player-controlled portals. This sci-fi shooter game; Portal mechanics take the FPS genre to the next level with its abundant flying and multidimensional conflicts. IGN describes Splitgate as “Halo but Portaled.”
