Publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Mobius Digital announced on September 15 that they will release Outer Wilds for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series with 60 FPS support. Users who already own the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One consoles will receive a free upgrade.
Mobius Digital also announced to players that the Switch version, which was announced in February 2021, is still under development.

Outer Wilds is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
