Paradox, one of the most successful developers/publishers of the strategy genre, will appear this month with digital PDXCON and will probably announce new DLC;s for both new games and existing games. The second concept that comes to mind when it comes to Paradox is immediately DLC, since they prepare dozens of DLC for almost every game and present them to players at regular intervals.
However, for Imperator: Rome, this will change at least briefly, since paradox imperator: Rome has shifted the team working on the game to other projects following the release of the 2.0 patch. So there is no one working on Imperator: Rome right now, which means that no new content will come to the game in 2021.
Bevan Davies, paradox’s portfolio manager for strategy games, said at the official forum that sooner or later they will return to Imperator: Rome. “We are currently planning to continue to grow and develop the Imperator team. But in the short term, we had to focus our efforts on other projects.”
Paradox’s PDS Green, PDS Red, and PDS Gold teams are working on undiscused games, at least one of which will be learned at PDXCON. He is normally in charge of PDS Green Stellaris; PDS Red Crusader Kings 3; and PDS Gold is responsible for Hearts of Iron 4.
PDXCON will be held from May 21st to May 23rd.
