A new summer means a new F1 game. The series, which has started to lose its rhythm in recent years, is trying to make us happy once again with a more realistic and more innovative 2022 version. With the new video released on Codemasters’ official YouTube account, we have the opportunity to see how the team will make this change closely.
In the video, new content that will appear in the game is indicated. With the F1 22, for example, driving dynamics will be improved. The team, which has been working the subject of realism, hopes to increase the excitement by adding slow pit stops to the game. In this way, just like in real races, you will have problems in the pit and continue the race delayed.
As you know, with the new game, the story mode is completely thrown away. Thanks to the new system called F1 Life, you will become an F1 driver and will be able to live the lives of the drivers. You’ll be able to decorate your home, buy supercars, and even get a chance to get them on the track. We will be able to see the depth of this system only after examining the game.
Another important change will be the VR mode developed for the PC. The game, which will debut on July 1, will offer VR mode for PC users for free. Sets such as Valve Index, HTC Vive and Oculus Rift will be compatible with the game.
Likewise, F1 2022 will now transition to an adaptive AI system. Thanks to this option, the game will detect your driving abilities and shape the artificial intelligence accordingly. In other words, you will be prevented from playing with artificial intelligence settings before or after each race. At least if the system works properly…
F1 2022 will debut on 1 July.
