Publisher Neowiz and developer Round8 Studio announced Lies of P, a Pinocchio-inspired Souls-like action role-playing game.
It is being developed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC(Steam)and Stadia.
The release date has not been announced.
Lies of P aims to recreate the classic Pinocchio story in a dark way. The game was inspired by the Belle Epoque period in Europe in the late 19th and early 20th centuries for the madness and bloodthirsty city of Krat.
As Pinocchio, you wake up at an abandoned train station in krat city and there is a note in front of you:
“Find Mr. Geppetto. In the city.”
The game has a unique system of lies. What you do and say will dynamically affect gameplay and determine how your selections end the game.
