Publisher Rogue Games and developer Subcult Joint have announced Cookie Cutter, a 2D hand-drawn Metroidvania platforming action game for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store). The game will debut in 2023.
Inside a dark and cold laboratory hidden deep within the famous Megastructure region, mechanic Raz searches for his missing friend, Doctor Shinji Fallon. Instead, he finds a man named Cherry in a dilapidated laboratory.
Play as Cherry, an android developed with a combination of high technology and a mortal spirit. Doctor Shinji Fallon is kidnapped by a patient. Cherry intends to find him and show the patient his day. Cherry will also be helped by Raz’s mechanical expertise along the way.
