Twisted Metal, the popular vehicle war game of the PS1 era, is coming back. Sony has announced the exciting news of its CES 2022 keynote and has confirmed that a new series of games are currently under construction for the Twisted Metal series.

Unfortunately, the Japanese broadcaster did not disclose any additional information about the project, which indicates that the series is still in the early stages of production.
Although we don’t have much official information, we know that there is a Twisted Metal game being developed in the Lucid Games studio, which is working on another vehicle battle game called Destruction AllStars, which was recently released exclusively for PlayStation 5.
Although Destruction AllStars is not well-known to players, Lucid Games will make another such attempt. It is a game that many PlayStation fans follow closely, but this time it will do this experiment using a very popular brand.
