Israeli mobile firm Playtika has acquired Finnish developer Reworks studio.
Playtika has acquired 80 per cent of Reworks in cash for $400 million and plans to buy the last 20 per cent in 2022 for around $200 million, depending on the internal situation.
Playtika raised $1.88 billion at the start of the year. The company sold 69.5 million shares at $27 each.
In addition, Playtika reported a 20 percent increase in revenues in its first quarterly report for 2021 and now forecasts revenue of $2.6 billion for the next fiscal year.
