The PUBG 11.1 update is available to gamers on all platforms as well as the PC platform. The 11.1 patch adds some innovations to the game, as well as improvements to the ranked season. We see that the company has made innovations in issues such as emergency rescue balloons, mastery medals and PUBG ID. The company’s statements and contents regarding patch 11.1 are as follows;
PUBG 11.1 update released
PUBG Update 11.1, now available to play on all platforms, reintroduces Paramo,a popular 3×3 map located in the mountainous regions of South America. The update also highlights the beginning of a new graded season, introduces new Emergency Collection items, expands the Mastery Medal system and offers even more.
New Ranked Season: Starting in Season 11, Ranked Seasons will run for a two-month period, meaning these seasons will no longer run in parallel with Survivor Passes. For this reason, arrangements were made for how the awards would be distributed. In addition, the odds of all weapons appearing on all maps have been increased to make PUBG more compatible with the odds seen in Esports mode.
Emergency Recovery Balloon: Added a new transport tool that allows players and their teams to quickly move from the battlefields to the next safe zone. With Emergency Recovery, players can fire a high-altitude Fulton Balloon. The balloon will arrive in 60 seconds to pick up players in 60 seconds after it is fully inflated. When the plane arrives, up to four players will be taken on board and transported to the center of the White Zone until they decide to parachute into the battlefield below. Despite its weight and ability to attract more attention from nearby enemies, it can be used to escape the Blue Zone, quickly cross enemy-controlled territory, or loot a remote location in order to find powerful equipment. The Emergency Rescue Balloon is a lootable item found only in Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok and Vikendi.
Mastery Medals: Season 11 brings updates to the Mastery Medal system to improve the way players track and highlight their significant in-game achievements. There are now 10 new medals that can be won with a variety of battlefield achievements, such as the “So Close” medal, which depends on fighting situations, survival and is about barely surviving. Mastery Medals can be obtained in both Regular and Ranked matches, but not in Arcade, Lab or Special matches.
PUBG ID: Regarding the Mastery Medal update, players will now be able to display the medals they won as part of the renewed PUBG ID. In addition to being able to add up to two medals, players can also make additional moves to personalize PUBG ID through the Customization tab.
