Games Workshop, the production studio for Warhammer 40K games, issued a statement earlier this month about a racism scandal, saying “we don’t want people like you in our community.” The incident erupted on November 8 at an 800-strong Warhammer 40K tournament in Spain, using a pseudonym that implied Adolf Hitler.
He was also said to be wearing clothing containing Nazi symbols. “Those who feed on hate are The Imperium, not our community,” Games Workshop said in a statement.

Another aspect of the scandal at the tournament is said to have been caused by tournament management. It was claimed that those who did not want to play against the aforementioned racist were punished by the tournament management and also refused requests for the subject to leave the hall.
Games Workshop has issued a very strong statement on the subject. The statement said:
” If you attend a Games Workshop event or store in a manner other than the etiquette and respect required by society, and for example, if you are participating in clothes that symbolize hate groups in the real world, you will be asked to leave. We won’t let you join us. We don’t want your money. We don’t want you in the Warhammer community.”
