Optimized for Xbox Series, Hellbalde: Senua’s Sacrifice Ninja Theory and QLOC had ray tracing effects. Ninja Theory announced that this feature will not only be limited to Xbox Series, but a similar patch will be released for PC.
We are working on an update for the PC version of “Hellblade: Senua;s Sacrifice”. At the moment, we have no plans to bring this update to other platforms,” says Ninja Theory. Other platforms where the game is available are PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
This update is not only limited to rail tracing effects, but also includes material and particle enhancements and LOD improvement.
Although Ninja Theory didn’t give a date for the patch, I don’t think it’s going to take very long, to be honest.
