Rebellion announced that the Sniper Elite series will return with the release of Sniper Elite 5 in 2022. Sniper Elite 5 will show sniper Karl Fairburne’s trip to France in 1944 to destroy Operation Kraken.
In 1944, new game maps based on real-world locations in France will be the largest and most immersive maps in the history of the series.
The game will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2022.
In addition, Rebellion released the first trailer for the upcoming game using all in-game engine footage.
