Capcom announced that the total worldwide sales of the Resident Evil 2 remake exceeded 10 million units. Resident Evil 2 Remake was first released on January 25, 2019 for PC on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam. It then came to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles on June 13, 2022. The game’s sales were last reported to be 9.6 million units as of March 31, 2022.
