As well as the release of the Resident Evil Village gameplay video, we also had the chance to learn a lot about the game. Capcom recently made another special presentation for Resident Evil Village (RE8). This presentation provided important information about both RE8 and the progress of the series.
Capcom, who shared the release date of the game in the previous presentation, presentedmuch more detailed information about both Resident Evil Village, the animated series to be broadcast on Netflix and other topics.
Resident Evil Village gameplay video released
Resident Evil Village presentation opens with a new gameplay trailer. This video, which includes many scenes that we have not seen before, also contains very important details for the story. This video also shows other characters in town for the first time. Obviously, we can also say that this video contains details that we would be quite curious about in the name of the story.
On May 7, 2021, we will once again check out ethan winters, which we will remember from Resident Evil VII in the game that will be released for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Set a few years after RE7, we will witness the abduction of Ethan and Mia’s children as previously announced. With his children already kidnapped, Ethan will embark on a journey to the town that gave the game its name. Of course, the fact that the kidnapper was Chris Redfield and, as we saw in the trailers, mia’s shot in the head will indicate that there are too many curious points in the name of the story.
Resident Evil Village Demo announcement has arrived
Following the story video, the game’s new demo process was also announced. As you may recall, a demo called Maiden was announced and we checked on a janitive who was trying to escape lady dimitrescu’s castle. It has also been announced that this new demo process will come to all the platforms where the game will be released, unlike Maiden. The reason we call this demo a process, where we can also try the dynamics of armed conflict, is that it will consist of several legs. First on April 17 and then on April 24, we will encounter different demo processes. The first leg of the demo will be available for pre-installation on PS5 and PS4 from today.
Players | PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X With a limited-time demo for S, Xbox One, Steam, and Stadia, they can explore the game’s village and castle districts in up to 60 minutes. This multi-platform demo will be available to European residents 24 hours a day from 03:00 on 2 May and will start with the preinstallation option as of 03:00 on 30 April. Ahead of the multi-platform demo, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players will have two early access opportunities, during which they will have an 8-hour time frame to play 30 minutes per episode. The first date, the village section, will start at 20:00 on 18 April and will be available with the option of pre-loading as of 02:00 on 16 April. A second date will present the castle area with the option to preload from 20:00 on 25 April to 02:00 on 16 April.
Resident Evil Mercenaries mode announced
Following the demo, resident evil mercenaries mode, which we have seen in some previous games, was announced. The upgrade system will also be included in this game mode, where we will try to finish the zones as soon as possible. Mercenaries mode will also have some features of our character and we will try to unlock them with the points we collect.
It was also stated that the game, which celebrates its 25th anniversary, will include many content such as board games and card games, especially the Re-Verse game. In honor of the 22nd anniversary, famous producers such as Shuhei Yoshida also commented on the series.
The Resident Evil Village gameplay video also includes upgrade features that appear in the morning. Thanks to the animals that we will hunt in the game, such as goats, fish, pigs or chickens, we will be able to make our character stronger. You’ll also be able to update your weapons thanks to the money and valuables we’ve collected from around here. This means that updates can be made to the weapon’s firepower, magazine replacement speed, or bullet capacity.
Of course, our new dealer Duke will provide us with all these features. The game, which attracts attention in terms of visual and art design, also has an FPS camera angle. Just like in RE7, we’re going to be fighting important characters. As you know, Lady Dimitrescu, who stands out for her enormous height, has already become one of the most talked about characters in the series.
Resident Evil 4 is coming for Oculus Quest 2
Resident Evil 4 was announced for Oculus Quest 2 after the Infinite Dakrkness video, which will be released on Resident Evil Village and Netflix. The most notable change in this release, which will be given more information on April 21st, is that the TPS camera angle is naturally translated into FPS. The game has been completely redesigned specifically for VR.
