Publisher Arc System Works and developer APlus Games announced that the Switch version of River City Saga: Three Kingdoms will debut on 16 December in Japan via the Nintendo eShop. As previously announced, playstation 4 and PC (Steam) versions of River City Saga: Three Kingdoms will be released in April 2022 or later.
Arc System Works also shared information about the game’s “Record of Three Kingdoms Heroes: Red Cliffs Chapter”. This four-player co-op mode will have simple controls and exciting battles. Players must defeat the enemies that appear at each stage and then prepare for a boss battle.
In River City Saga: Three Kingdoms, characters from the Kunio-kun series will run around the world of Sangokushi. Reflecting a historical period, the game will see players challenge the Three Kingdoms to other kingdoms.
