Announced in 2019 and originally scheduled for release the following year, Roller Champions is a free-to-play online sports game developed by Ubisoft Montreal.
Ubisoft Roller Champions has confirmed that its release date will be May 25
Next week, Xbox One will debut on PS4 consoles, with backwards compatibility for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 consoles. It will debut through the Ubisoft Store for PC. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store, Stadia, and Amazon Luna at later dates.
Roller Champions will have cross-platform features at launch. Therefore, no matter which platform you play on, you can team up with your friends and play the game. Each team consists of three people, and it is among the information announced by Ubisoft that you will face another team of three in an elliptical arena with your teammates.
Thanks to cross-platform, you’ll continue to progress on the platform you’re playing on and be able to unlock some customizations as you gain fans and level up. As you progress through the Roller Pass, you’ll be able to get items like helmets, gloves, clothing, and skates for your skater. In addition to these, poses, goal effects, emoticons and other cosmetic products are also announced that you can win. You’ll be able to purchase premium Roller Passes to earn special gear.
