Speaking on the Xbox Two podcast, Jez Corden, a Journalist and editor of Windows Central, said he had heard halo infinite developer 343 Industries was working on another Halo project.
Corden added: “I am confident that developer 343 Industries is working on another Halo project other than Halo Infinite. I can confirm this 90 percent for you, but I have to say it’s not 100 percent.”
Corden did not go into further detail about what the new Halo project might be.
The Halo series includes games of many different structures. The series includes two RTS games, Halo Wars 1 and 2, as well as Halo 3: ODST and two mobile games, Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Spartan Strike.
