Windows Central journalist Jez Corden said that Toys for Bob, which is part of the Activision umbrella as a development team, is working on a brand new Crash Bandicoot game.
Rand al Thor, who appeared on the podcast, also confirmed this and stated that he anticipated that Toys for Bob would announce the new Crash Bandicoot game at the Xbox & Bethesda live streaming event.
When Corden asked Rand, “Where did you get that information?” he replied, “I shouldn’t have leaked that.” These words may be a joke of a new Crash Bandicoot game in development.
Toys For Bob was founded in 1989 in Novato, California and was acquired by Activision in 2005. The studio worked on the Skylanders series, the Crash Bandicoot series, and Call of Duty: Warzone.
