A new rumor has emerged for Halo Infinite, the shooter action adventure game released by developer 343 Industries and publisher Xbox Game Studios for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. According to the rumor on the YouTube channel Sean W, a new expansion pack (DLC) will be included in the game after 2024, that is, in 2025 at the earliest.
Rumor has it that the new expansion pack will be the same size as the original story mode. This basically means that the add-on package will offer players a brand new game and a new world to explore. It is stated that this package will appear towards 2025 at the earliest. Halo Infinite currently has both a story mode and a multiplayer mode.
Speaking on the Xbox Two podcast recently, Windows Central journalist and editor Jez Corden said he had heard that Halo Infinite developer 343 Industries was working on another Halo project.
Corden added: “I’m sure developer 343 Industries is working on another Halo project besides Halo Infinite. I can approve of that for you 90 percent of the time, but I have to say that it’s not one hundred percent.”
