New rumors have emerged about Ubisoft’s long-awaited open-world pirate-themed game Skull & Bones. According to a new rumor, Ubisoft will officially announce the game’s release date next month.
The Try Hard Guides site states that Ubisoft will announce new information about the game within the week starting July 4. It also reports that a release date and more details about the game’s content will be presented.
At this point, Skull & Bones has been rated for PC by the South Korean Game Rating and Management Committee. This is an indication that the end of development has been reached and will soon debut.
On the other hand, in May, Ubisoft CFO Frédérick Duguet announced that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, Skull & Bones will debut between October 2022 and March 2023.
Skull & Bones was first announced at E3 2017 and has been postponed many times. Skull & Bones will be an online open world game where players will sail the high seas, travel through exotic regions of the Indian Ocean, experience the Golden Age of Piracy.
