Six months after its troubled debut, No Man’s Sky has become an exemplary game in those six years. Since 2016, Sean Murray and his Hello Games team have made No Man’s Sky a completely different game with free updates. The game, which is still growing, may come up with a brand new update.
Of course, it’s a little early to say, because there’s been no such statement from the developer. But the studio’s founder, Sean Murray, managed to stir things up with a pirate flag emoji he posted on his official Twitter account. Underneath the tweet, which has received nearly 7,000 likes, everyone is debating what it means.
Let’s remember that No Man;s Sky has hackers in it controlled by artificial intelligence. However, we believe that the emoji Murray sent means something different. Perhaps a system can be added to the game where players can piracy. Some sources suggest that this could be interacted with by AI-controlled hackers in some way.
Whatever the outcome, I would never personally say no to a Sea of Thieves game set in space… What do you think about that?
