Sega, the developer and publisher who stands out in the game world, continues to make games with iconic characters. Now, according to a job posting spotted by GamesIndustry us, Sega’s Hardlight studio is developing a new Sonic-themed mobile game.
The job advertisement reads: “Sega Hardlight is looking for a Lead Artist for a new, exciting and ambitious story-driven platform game. We welcome those who have past experiences and want to continue their career as an art and environmental leader. As a Lead Artist, you’ll be at the forefront of one of our new games.
In this game we have developed for mobile platforms, you will raise the quality towards console levels. As part of Sega, you’ll create exciting worlds and colorful characters.”
The UK-based Hardlight studio has worked on six Sonic mobile games over the past decade, including Sonic Dash, Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom and Sonic Forces: Speed Battle.
