WayForward has released the PlayStation 5 version of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Ultimate Edition. Users who own the game on PlayStation 4 consoles will be able to upgrade to PS5 for free.
Originally supported by the Kickstarter campaign in 2013, then released on multiple platforms in 2016, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero is the fourth game in the fan favorite Shantae series.
Unlike previous versions of Ultimate Edition, it includes new costumes. There are various customizations, such as Shantae’s blue costume, Risky’s black costume and Shantae’s blue swimsuit. The PlayStation 5 version is also available to gamers with DualSense support.
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero is also available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, Wii U, PS Vita, PC (via Steam) and Stadia.
