The sherlock holmes saga, which briefly became a world sensation with its films and THE BBC series, may be returning. The legendary detective, who will return as a TV series, will live his adventures on a digital platform called HBO Max, The Hollywood Reporter claims.
It’s alleged that HBO Max is working on not one but two different series. In THR’s report, Robert Downey Jr. headed both projects; will pass. It is not known if the famous Hollywood star will once again take on the role of legendary detective.
In 2010 and 2011, robertdowney jr. and jude law starred in two different Sherlock Holmes films. The third film in the series was scheduled to arrive in 2021, but was postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic. As far as we know, Team Downey, the production company founded by Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan Downey, wants to work on a vast Sherlock Holmes universe.
This new news may mean that Team Downey is back in business. Let’s see when we get the first clear explanation of the allegations.
