According to the information revealed by TrueAchievements, an email was sent to Zenimax employees by senior president Todd Vaughn. This email was indicated that Shinji Mikami will take part in the studio.

Shinji Mikami, The Evil Within series, Ghostwire: worked on Tokyo and Hi-Fi Rush games and is located in Tango team for 12 years. Mikami, a leader in young developers and mentor on the other hand, has made many jobs on Capcom side. Resident Evil here, Resident Evil GameCube remake (2002) and Resident Evil worked on 4 games.
Mikami founded Tango Gameworks in 2010. After a short time, he approved the purchase of the studio by Bethesda’s main company Zenimax Media. Mikami said he wanted to manage a game project before retirement from the industry.
