The Sniper Elite 5 Epic Games Store mess continues. Sniper Elite 5 was mysteriously removed from the Epic Games Store platform. On the game’s Epic Games page, the stage says “Coming Soon”. It is possible to get the game from Steam.
Sniper Elite 5 removed from the Epic Games Store
Developed by Rebellion Studio and released on May 26, 2022, Snipe Elite 5 was removed from the Epic Games Store just before release. Players who pre-ordered the game were also refunded. Rebellion gave a direct link to the aforementioned page of the Epic Store on its official website, directing players who have not yet received a refund. Although the game is currently on the Epic Games Store, it does not say when it will be added.
Rebellion made the following statement to VCG:
” Sniper Elite 5, which was not added to the Epic Games Store when it was released for reasons beyond our control, will be added to the platform in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Sniper Elite 5 has been released for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, with producer Rebellion stating that there are no plans to release the game to Nintendo Switch for now. Sniper Elite 5 attracted attention with its high review scores .
