SNK Corporation announced the addition of Kenji Matsubara as its new CEO as of August 1st.
Matsubara was previously CEO and president of Zynga Japan. He was also coo, president and CPO of Sega Games.
A press release from the SNK said: “We warmly welcome Mr Matsubara, who has a wealth of business expertise and experience in leading the gaming industry. He brought tangible success to prestigious companies with extensive experience in sales both in Japan and overseas for game software development and marketing. Under his leadership, we aim to grow further and increase corporate value.”
