Sonic the Hedgehog,directed by Jeff Fowler,got off to a great start in order to break the fortunes of the play films. In fact, the film, which managed to win the title of best opening game film until the pandemic, was later forced to withdraw from the release along with other films. While Sonic was on the vension, the studio, not wanting to slow down, immediately began work on the sequel, and the news that excited fans began to come one after the other. Favorite characters from the game series such as Knuckles and Tails will appear in the new film. The official script summary of the sequel was also shared;
| “After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is preparing for more freedom. Tom and Maddie decide to leave him behind and go on vacation. But immediately after their departure, Dr. Robotnik returns with a new partner. Knuckles is looking for a diamond that can build civilizations but also destroy them. Sonic is looking to get together with his own comrade Tails and find this diamond without falling into the wrong hands. Directed by Jeff Fowler, the film stars Jim Carrey, James Marsden and Ben Schwartz.” |
Jim Carrey(pictured) is a source of happiness for the film. As we saw at the end of the first film, our famous doctor was becoming increasingly like him in the games. Carrey’s going to add to the character, and that’s going to be a bonus. Sonic the Hedgehog 2, written by Pet Casey and Josh Miller,will be released ;d April 8, 2022.
