Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer First Contact Entertainment have announced Firewall Ultra, the sequel to Firewall Zero Hour for PlayStation VR2. A release date has not been announced.

Firewall Ultra will be the next game of the Firewall series. It will take advantage of the new features that PlayStation VR2 has to offer. This production, which will debut about five years after the original game, is carried to the next generation. PlayStation VR2 delivers a much higher level of visuals with 4K HDR. All character models are being completely renewed.

Firewall Ultra will also try to offer a complete experience with new areas and new textures. There will also be new locations and content. Stating that they have been listening to the community for the last four years, the team reports that they will play Firewall Ultra on private servers.

In addition to all this, Firewall Ultra will incorporate the features of the new PlayStation VR2 Sense Technology, such as an eye tracking system.
