Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially unveiled Team Asobi, the Tokyo-based studio behind the Astro Bot series.
Studio director and creative director Nicolas Doucet said: “Hi everyone, we hope you are all well and maintaining your health. Today, you’ll be getting colorful news from Team Asobi, the Tokyo-based PlayStation studio responsible for the Astro Bot series.
Following the launch of Astro’s Playroom for PlayStation 5, Team Asobi is now spreading its wings and growing! This is a very exciting time for the team and we look forward to the next episode. We wanted to thank PlayStation fans for your kind words of support over the years, especially since the Astro made its big debut on the PlayStation 5 with the DualSense wireless controller.
As we grow up and challenge bigger things, our main task is the same as ever: to bring you PlayStation magic, innovation, and make your faces smile with fun, colorful games for all ages.
