Wordle has been a few months since it took to impress the world with its minimalist and time-consuming design. Most of us play both English and Turkish Word every day, some of us even play games like Octordle where we try to find 8 words at a time, Wikipedia article finding games by guessing words like Redactle, and so on.
One of them is Heardle. In this music guessing game you have six rights to guess the song, each time you hear a longer part of the song. Every day you try to guess a new song, and the daily game takes you a minute or two.
The New York Times bought the popular Wordle for more than $1 million, while Spotify made a similar attempt for Heardle, buying Heardle for an as-yet-undisclosed amount. So you can actually generate this kind of Wordle-clone idea and not call money money by attracting the attention of a giant.
Jeremy Erlich, Spotify’s global head of music, said that “we’re continuing to look for innovative and fun ways to discover songs and get artists to more fans,” adding that Heardle is a great fit for these plans.
Now when you enter the Heardle page, you are directed to the Spotify.com/Heardle address, but the page design is exactly the same as before.
Heardle also has a soundtrack version. If you are confident in your knowledge of soundtracks, I recommend you to try Videogame Heardle .
