Square Enix has announced HARVESTELLA, a life simulation role-playing game for Switch and PC (Steam). The game will debut worldwide on November 4.
In a vibrant and colorful world, players will take care of their crops, make friends with the townspeople, overcome threats, discover the origins of the world and the truth behind the disaster along the way. The story begins with a catastrophe called Quietus, which occurs with each change of seasons of the player and threatens all life.
Quietus is a season of death that comes at the beginning of every season. When the death season begins, the crops dry up, and the resulting dust of death prevents people from walking outside. It is said that the duration of Quietus is extended every year.
In Harvestella, players can explore various cities and dungeons around the world. The game features “Nemea Town”, where cherry blossoms bloom all year round, “Seaside Town Shatolla”, which stands out with its lively bar magnificence, “Lethe Village” which adorns the eyes with its beautiful view, the colors of the four seasons and the snow-covered “Holy Capital Argene” and more.
