At tonight’s PlayStation Showcase, there have been claims that gamers are expecting some nice surprises. David Jaffe on the one hand Jason Schreier on the other hand, they raised expectations 🙂 After all, it’s been a night that’s made you say there’s as many as you’re told. The first bombshell of the night, of course, was the announcement of the long-awaited Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake:
There is no doubt that KotOR is one of the most loved, perhaps the most loved, of all Star Wars games. In the interview after the program, it was underlined that the game had been completely rebuilt. The original game was developed by BioWare. Aspyr is in over the remake. Of course, lucasfilm games are involved.
No release date has yet been announced for Star Wars: KotOR Remake. The announcement video reads “Legend remade for PS5”. Subsequently, aspyr announced that the game was exclusive to PS5 on the console and that the PC version was prepared in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.
