Aim Lab’s developer, Statespace, has announced the acquisition of professional gaming coaching company ProGuides. However, the terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Statespace plans to expand its gaming training.
ProGuides was founded in 2015 to provide paid courses and coaching from professional gaming competitors to help consumers improve their skills in games.
“Our vision is to create a unique platform that allows everyone to get better and enjoy the games they love,” said Wayne Mackey, founder and CEO of Statespace.
In addition, in September, Statespace raised $50 million to expand the development of educational tools for gaming and digital health.
