Catherine Gluckstein, Head of Product and Strategy at Xbox Cloud Gaming, announced that Xbox and Valve are working together to make Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) available on the Steam Deck through Microsoft Edge Beta. In this context, players will now be able to access Xbox cloud games through Edge. Microsoft has released a beta version of Microsoft Edge for steam deck with full support.

The Steam Deck also includes a number of Xbox Game games that can be played locally. Games include Psychonauts 2, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Battletoads, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 5, Forza Horizon 4, Quantum Break and State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition.
Valve president Gabe Newell, meanwhile, recently said he is willing to work with Microsoft to add Game Pass to Steam.
Valve launched its portable PC gaming device Steam Deck at the end of February.
