Publisher 11-bit studios and developer Fool’s Theory have announced their biggest project to date, the story-driven role-playing game Project Vitriol. Which platforms it will come to and the release date have not been announced. A more detailed explanation of the game will reportedly be made this summer.
With a budget of over $3,800,786 and full voiceover and motion capture technology, Project Vitriol is 11-bit studios’ most comprehensive project to date.
Jakub Rokosz, CEO and project leader of Fool’s Theory, said of the game in a press release: “Our game will have deep sweeping storytelling and role-playing elements. Project Vitriol will reflect the dark part of a world that most of us have not seen and are not aware of. Darkness will lurk behind every corner. He will watch us closely through the shadows. Since we have a debt to pay, we will always be on edge in this world.
Set in the early 20th century, we’ll be promoting it this summer.”
