Tomonobu Itagaki, the creator of the Dead or Alive series and former team ninja boss, has announced the first game of his new studio called Apex Game Studios: an NFT game called Warrior.

Itagaki explained the founding motto of the studio as “developing high-quality and wrap-up AAA Web3.0 games.”

Apex Game Studios has more than 100 employees, mostly in Japan and Singapore. Their first game, Warrior, will also be released for both PC and mobile devices. The Warrior project will soon launch an IDO (what we call IDO means the use of decentralized cryptocurrency trading platforms to fund a new cryptocurrency project), after which the first Alpha version will be released and various Giveaway events will be held.

If we look at the roadmap on the official website of the game, it is predicted that the beta version will be released in the first quarter of 2023.

It didn’t surprise me at all to see an NFT game from the creator of a micropayment/DLC crazy game like Dead or Alive, frankly, I don’t know if it surprised you?
